Medium roast, approachable and comforting — great for filter or espresso (if ground to size).

  • Reusable Tin: A sturdy, air-tight tin designed to keep coffee fresh and reduce waste. Sized for a standard 250 g bag and finished with a minimalist Humble Anchor label.

  • Ceramic Dripper: A single-cup, hand-glazed dripper made in Portugal for a clean, even extraction. Neutral flow and a classic cone design make it simple to use for pour-over lovers and newcomers alike.

Brewing suggestion (pour-over)

  1. Use 16 g coffee per 250 ml water (1:15 ratio). Adjust to taste.

  2. Heat water to 92–96°C (197–205°F).

  3. Rinse the dripper and filter with hot water to preheat and remove paper taste.

  4. Add grounds, pour a small amount of water to bloom for 30–45 seconds, then continue pouring steadily.

  5. Total brew time: about 2:30–3:30 minutes.
