This is our first Guatemalan coffee here at Humble Anchor and we are so excited to introduce you to the unique flavours of this region.
This coffee is from the Fraijanes (FRAY-hahn-ess) region which features fertile volcanic soil that enhances its rich flavor, offering notes of passionfruit, milk chocolate, and a soft strawberry finish.
The area's cool temperatures and abundant rainfall contribute to its unique character. Local farmers, skilled in traditional techniques, cultivate these exceptional cherries, resulting in a harmonious blend that reflects Guatemala's vibrant landscapes. It will awaken the senses and brings a touch of Guatemalan warmth to your cup.
